This is a staff role at micro1 for someone who runs robotics data operations from the first capture session through to the dataset a client receives. You are accountable for how good the data is, how much of it arrives, and whether it arrives on time.
Physical AI models learn from recordings of the real world, so the quality of the capture rigs, protocols and post-processing decides how useful the training data turns out to be. You will set up camera and sensor hardware, define how data gets collected, and shape processed output to client-specified schemas and formats.
You will partner with engineering, operations and finance teams on complex, high-impact projects. The position is full-time and fully remote.
