micro1 is engaging experienced claims examiners for a customer project that analyzes air cargo and parcel delivery claims. You will bring your claims expertise to help train AI systems, so that models learn from careful, realistic judgments about who held a shipment and who is liable for it. No prior AI experience is needed.

Physical AI depends on systems that can interpret what happens to goods as they move through airports, warehouses and last-mile delivery. Examiners who can read shipment photos, waybills and delivery records, and then explain a custody call, give those systems grounded examples of how freight disputes are actually decided.

This is contract work of roughly 10 hours per week, done fully remotely from anywhere. You choose your own days and hours, weekends included. Applicants complete screening questions, an AI interview of about 20-30 minutes and a hiring manager review.
