micro1 is engaging experienced industrial tradespeople to help train AI systems for a customer's specialized project. You will bring hands-on knowledge of the trades to the way models read, reason about and answer questions on real-world technical documents. No prior AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what counts.
Physical AI depends on machines that can interpret how equipment is installed, inspected and maintained. Models that learn from expert critique of millwright work, mechanical installation drawings, field diagrams, pest control site layouts, textile production schematics and stage lighting plots are better prepared to reason about the physical world.
This is contract work at roughly 10 hours per week, done fully remotely on a flexible schedule. You choose your own days and hours, weekends included, and submit assessments to project coordinators within the deadline set for each document review.
