Job Description

As a Platform Engineer, you'll work directly with the founding team to build, scale, and maintain the core infrastructure that powers the company. This is a hands-on role where you'll have direct impact on the platform's reliability, performance, and feature velocity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs that support the company's core product.
Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to identify platform bottlenecks and ship improvements.
Maintain and optimize infrastructure, databases, and deployment pipelines.
Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the platform's long-term direction.
Debug production issues and implement monitoring and observability solutions.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience building and maintaining production systems or backend services.
Strong fundamentals in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or similar).
Experience with databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent).
Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
