Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Help design the GTM playbook and leverage AI tools to set up repeatable processes the team will scale with.
• Support the full sales cycle alongside the founders, including discovery calls, demos, customer-facing materials, and live engagements.
• Turn field learnings from calls, outbound, and events into product input, and translate customer needs into Product and Engineering priorities.
• Build and manage outbound by identifying target accounts (banks, credit unions, fintechs) and the buyers within them.
• Run campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, SEO, call sequences, and content calendars, testing messaging, targeting, and channels, and design promotional materials behind that outreach.
• Identify events, conferences, and forums where customers gather. Own event logistics, represent Socratix at booths, talk to prospects, capture leads, and follow up.
• Own pipeline hygiene by keeping target lists, campaign data, and CRM records clean and current.

Qualifications

• A builder's mindset: starts before the process is fully formed, learns fast, and turns what works into something repeatable.
• Strong written and verbal communicator who can explain a technical, regulated product (AI agents making decisions banks act on) in plain language that a compliance or risk leader immediately understands.
• Comfortable leveraging AI to build repeatable, high-impact processes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership, figuring things out in real time and asking for help when needed.
• A good eye for design, comfortable producing clean, professional campaign materials and booth collateral with whatever tools get the job done.
• Comfortable being the face of the company in the room and owning event logistics without heavy hand-holding.
• Detail-oriented and organized, keeping outbound lists, campaigns, and records clean without being asked twice.
• A demonstrated track record of hustle (internships, campus organizations, side projects, or prior sales, BD, or marketing experience) matters more than years on a resume.
• Curiosity about fintech, fraud, risk, or applied AI, and genuine interest in how banks and compliance teams operate.
• Prior exposure to a startup, sales role, or founder-adjacent work is a plus, but not required.
